Why Sugar Addiction Happens after Quitting Alcoholism – Vol. 415, May 25, 2017

I was in the store the other day picking up a couple of things the lady behind me was lamenting her inability to say “no” to candy. I heard this of course, and explained to her that people crave sweets after they have stopped drinking, because alcohol is made of sugar. I also told her how an ex-landlord of mine who was a recovering alcoholic loved his sugar in all sorts of forms. She thanked me for this information, because she never knew of this connection between sugar cravings and alcohol.

So, how does one get rid of their sugar cravings? Well, I don’t know how people do it without hypnosis, but as a hypnotist I have helped a few people to do so. It is a simple matter really. I have a program that I use for smokers that I adapt to work with the sugar addicts and it works like a charm. It is one session of a 2 1/2 hours followed up with another session to make sure we are complete with the work.

I believe that this particular program works well for the sugar addicts because it was developed by a gentleman for smokers. It uses many different ways to get the unconscious mind to let go of the cravings without withdrawals.

Milton Erickson, one of the most respected hypnotist of all time said to “utilize everything.” I do this by cross purposing programs that work for one issue for similar types of issues and it works very well

If you believe that you are similar to this woman in having given up drinking alcohol because you had a problem with it and are now craving sweets, maybe you ought to give me a call to see what I could do to help you kick the sweets habit, as effortlessly as I know how.
