Mission Statement

Dawning Visions is a company that created itself, really: evolving from twenty years of trying to understand why it was that certain individuals were able to figure out how to create a world of fulfillment filled with purpose and joyful fun, while for others it was a difficult struggle to understand what life had to offer.

After working with severely mentally ill adults for over ten years and with the elderly for six years, I realized that, in this society, people make snap judgments without “seeing” the person who they judge. I wanted to make a difference for the individuals who felt that they would like to try something other than the usual treatment methods to deal with their issues. In many cases most clients come to hypnosis after the more traditional methods of treatment have not worked.

I have found that most people do understand how best to improve their quality of life. They just need to be heard. This is true no matter what their condition. By following the client’s truth, it is much easier to reach the goals desired.

Dawning Visions believes in a philosophy that all people regardless of age, or chronic nature of the illness can be treated quickly and effectively with hypnosis.

No matter what issue is being worked on the client needs to learn how to love themselves again and from there they are able to set their soul free to manifest their purpose in life.

Dedication

This practice is dedicated to two very important people in my life. The first is my childhood friend Spencer who, without the appropriate mental health care, committed suicide at the age of 39. Spencer was a very loving and sincere man who loved animals and gardening. But more importantly, he was always willing to be there for his friends. This practice is dedicated to Spencer’s memory with the belief that anyone who touches Dawning Visions Hypnosis will be able get in touch with their greater purpose and find the joy that is possible in a life well lived.

This practice is also dedicated to a client of mine with whom I worked before I ever entered the field of hypnosis, Barbara G. When we met she was in and out of the mental hospitals on a very regular basis. By the time our work was complete, nine months later, she was living a normal life. Over the last decade she has only been hospitalized twice under dire circumstances. She has been married to a man who loves and accepts her for who she is. Since our work together she has been able to spend lots of her time helping out with her grandchildren. Barbara was the inspiration for this practice, teaching me that no one can determine what anyone else is capable of creating for oneself. Given the correct tools and encouraged to advocate for her self, Barbara has received a life that is much more fulfilling than the medical experts ever thought was possible.
